San Juan Bautista era pariente de Jesús. Sus mamás eran primas. En este cuadro vemos a la Virgen María con el niño Jesús, y a San José con otro niño que es Juan Bautista, se le reconoce porque lleva en sus manos un pequeño estandarte. Todos están pisando un monstruo que representa al demonio.
Allegorical scene of the Holy Family with Saint John.
St. John the Baptist was a relative of Jesus. Their mothers were cousins. In this painting we see the Virgin Mary with the baby Jesus, and Saint Joseph with another child who is John the Baptist. He is recognizable because he carries a small banner in his hands. They are all stepping on a monster that represents the devil.
