Jesús, la noche antes de morir celebra la cena de la Pascua con sus amigos, esta cena recordaba años tras años la liberación de la esclavitud del pueblo israelita en Egipto. En ella Jesús instituye el Sacramento de la Eucaristía. Sobre la mesa se observa pan y el cordero pascual también hay ajíes como detalle de la cultura andina. En primer plano y en la parte central se observa a Judas mirando de frente al espectador y llevando en su mano izquierda la bolsa con las treinta monedas. El Apóstol Juan se reclina sobre el pecho de Jesús.

Jesus, the night before he died, celebrated the Passover meal with his friends. This dinner recalled year after year the liberation of the Israelite people from slavery in Egypt. In it Jesus institutes the Sacrament of the Eucharist. On the table you can see bread and the paschal lamb; there are also chili peppers as a detail of the Andean culture. In the foreground and in the central part, Judas can be seen looking straight at the viewer and carrying in his left hand the bag with the thirty coins. The Apostle John reclines on Jesus' chest.
